this website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order,

2. PRODUCTS

Each E'VEN JLM piece is a handcrafted replica of Western Wall stones,
cast in resin and set in a metal frame. Because each piece is
individually cast by hand, natural variation in texture, tone, and
finish between pieces is expected and is not a defect.

Product images are for illustration; actual color/finish may vary
slightly due to photography, screen settings, and the handmade nature
of the product.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted and are inclusive of
applicable taxes where required by law. Payment is processed at the time
of order through our third-party payment provider. We reserve the right
to correct pricing errors before an order ships.

4. SHIPPING

We currently offer free worldwide shipping. Estimated production and
shipping times are provided on the product page and are not guaranteed
delivery dates. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the
shipping carrier.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

See our Refund Policy for full details, including the 14-day right of
cancellation available to all customers, in Israel, the United States,
and worldwide.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including product designs, photography, and
text — is the property of E'VEN JLM and may not be reproduced without
permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, E'VEN JLM is not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site
or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the
amount paid for the relevant order.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any
dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent
courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer
protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of
residence (including, for US consumers, applicable state consumer
protection law, and for Israeli consumers, the Consumer Protection Law,
5741-1981).

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site
after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
