PROCESSING TIME
Each E'VEN JLM piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks
for production before your order ships.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently offer free shipping worldwide, including to Israel, the
United States, Canada, the UK, and the EU. Orders ship from Israel via
Israel Post and/or international couriers (DHL, FedEx, or UPS,
depending on destination).
Estimated delivery time after shipping is typically 1–3 weeks depending
on destination and customs processing, and is not guaranteed. You will
receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or
fees charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the
responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price
or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office
if you are unsure of potential charges.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time given the
estimates above, please contact us at eranbar@gmail.com with your order
number and we will look into it with the carrier.
