Refund policy

Each E'VEN JLM piece is individually handcrafted to order. We want you to
love your piece — here is our return and refund policy.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION (14 DAYS)

You may cancel your order and return your piece for a full refund within
14 days of the date you (or someone you designate) receive it. This
applies to customers ordering from Israel, the United States, and
worldwide.

To cancel:
1. Email us at eranbar@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, stating
   your order number and that you wish to return the item.
2. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging and condition
   within 14 days of notifying us.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund
   to your original payment method within 14 business days.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Because each piece is cast and framed by hand, small natural variations
in texture, tone, and finish are part of the piece and are not
considered defects. Items must be returned unused, in their original
packaging, to be eligible for a refund.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

- If the item arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping.
- For all other returns (change of mind, etc.), the customer is
  responsible for return shipping costs, and the cost of the original
  outbound shipping (if any) may be deducted from the refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your piece arrives damaged, please email us at eranbar@gmail.com
within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace
the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no cost
to you.
